Mordecai grew a massive head of
antler this year. He was sold in our stag sale for
$100,000 and was taken as a trophy this year
scoring 875 SCI at 6 years. His massive and long
antler structure is proving very heritable making
him an impressive sire.

so many top stags in previous sales. At 841 IOA at just 5yrs, Cane would have

Stratford was purchased jointly with
Don and Kelly Hudson for $60,000. He resides at
Hudsons and they have been velveting him ever
since. We have both been using him for breeding.
He has a huge body. His antler structure has
strong tynes, great width and big tops.

Brunswick continues to impress us
with his beam length of 41 inches and inside span
of 33 inches. These are two valuable additions to
any trophy score and these heritable traits will be
passed on to his progeny.

inherited from his sire. This year his antlers are
130 inches bigger than last year which encouraged
us to use him in our breeding program again this

Bombay Sapphire CND
Born and bred at Canes Deer, this stag has the biggest 2 year old score ever recorded. We expect Bombay to go close to 1000 IOA this year at 3yrs and he really has the scope and structure of antler to go way beyond that at maturity. He has a super cruisy temperament which is vital with a head like this!

sound reputation for leaving heavy beamed sons. Fitzroy’s
dam 9119 is a full sister to Prince Philip who was the SCI
World Record sire for 2012.

breeding program during his time here at the stud.
At 668 IOA at 4yrs, he was bigger than his sire

Henry Wider (tag 7158) was sold to Mike Dempsey as a 3 year old as lot 5. He is a full brother to our Robert Hay. We recommend him as a sire stag.
